Support
VIP Subscription is an excellent way to save
money on the cost of PC service. For a small annual fee the customer
enjoys all the benefits of regular supports and free value added
services. All labour charges will be at a deep discounted rate of 30%.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We do the work for free.
2. You pay for the software and parts.
3. During busy time we may need 2-3 day notice before we book you in for
the major service or Virus/Spyware Removal.
4. Each subscription valid only for a
computer. A separate subscription has to be purchased for each
additional PC.
5. Subscription is not transferable. Please quote membership number when
make a booking.
6. This subscription expires after 12 months from the date of purchase.
7. The free services and extra benefits listed on this subscription are
not to be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
8. Super viruses and spywares are SpyAxe, Smithfraud and other extremely
resistant viruses or spywares that have damaged the Operating System
beyond repair. If in the event of a major service or virus/spyware
removal an Operating System Reconstruction is required and the Safemode
Technician will inform and quote you in advance for the time and cost of
the repair.
9. Subcription is not valid unless the subscription fee is paid in full.
10. No refund will be made on the subscription purchase.
11. This subscription is not an Extended Warranty Agreement. This
subscription is exclusive from the Extended Warranty Agreement.
12. Listed free services are for walk-in services only except for Onsite
User Training session. Onsite User Training Session, Remote data back up
and VoIP Phone setup need to be booked up to 2 weeks in advance and
combined together. Extra onsite service requires a call-out fee and
onsite charges.
13. The subcription will be automatically renewed unless otherwise
withdrawn by the customer before the end of the subcription period. A
credit card charge will be processed on the customer credit card for the
renewal of the subcription.
14. The customer agrees to receive the promotion materials from Safemode.
15. In the event where the customer is default on payment for the
service performed or the payment is dishonoured, a collection charge of
$35 is payable by the customer.
16. Safemode is not responsible for the data loss or the consequential
data loss in the event of failure of the Remote Backup system. It is the
customer's responsibility to ensure the backup is running properly and
inform Safemode of the failure.
17. The free services and extra benefits not redeemed by the customer
are not valid after the subccription expires.
18. The joint promotions with Cartridge World, TPG and Telstra Bigpond
and Trend Micro listed in the Extra Benefits and Remote Data Backup and
VoIP Phone system promotion may cease without prior notice anytime.
Safemode reserves the right to withdraw these benefit offerings without
prior notice.
